Shipwrecks

A collection dedicated to the ships that have sunk intentionally or by accident, both of which now provide a home for the critters below the waves.

These ships may be eerie and mysterious, and easily allow your mind to wander, imagining what life must have been like aboard.

You may notice a difference with some of the wrecks here; the more modern looking vessels are generally intentionally sunk as they are retired from their service above the waves and sworn to eternal service as a reef. The older, wooden ships, with the exception of one steel ship, are unintentionally sunk, aka user error. The commonality they share is the secondary service as a reef.
