Marine Life — Beneath the Surface
This gallery documents marine life across reef systems and open water environments, from coral formations and reef fish to large pelagic species including various shark species, and manta rays. The photographs were made across Atlantic and Caribbean reefs, capturing a range of species within their natural habitats.
Several images focus on animals at natural cleaning stations, where species such as manta rays and turtles pause while smaller fish remove parasites. These interactions highlight the interdependence that defines reef ecosystems, where behavior, habitat, and survival are closely linked, and where complex biological systems continue to function beyond the immediate presence of the observer.
